for users if not boot in DSU use note #edit_gsi and put this init file in system/bin
The reason for this is that some of my patches broke the DSU function on some old devices, and since I don't have a user to keep testing and testing until I figure it out, it's better if you push the working file.
Changelog:
- Add property handlers for codec preferences: compatibility max, screen recorde fixe, legacy

Increase dex2oat threads to 6 and pin to cores 0–6 to speed up AOT compilation on multi-core devices.

vendor/odm. - Add vendor_sysfs_touch SELinux type

Note
- First boot and post-OTA are faster, background optimization is moderate, and storage usage is kept reasonable while maintaining good runtime performance on both low-end and high-end devices.
