Fix: the MOHAVR menu now works with Valve Index controllers.
On the Index the menu opened (look at your wrist, hold the left A) but didn't respond to the controls. Now:
- the left stick moves through the menu and changes values;
- either trigger or the right A selects;
- the right B goes back or closes.
Everything else is as in 0.8.4. Installing over 0.8.4 is fine; your settings are kept.
