Mission openings on the cinema screen, and a fix for disc copies.

Fixed

• The screens before a mission (the black fades, the quote and the mission title card) now show on the flat cinema screen. Before, they were split between your eyes and the text came out in pieces. (ini: [Camera] CinemaScenes)
• Disc copies (experimental): 0.8.9 crashed the disc version's no-DVD exe at start-up ("General protection fault"). That's fixed, and the mod now also applies the headset resolution on disc copies. This hasn't been confirmed on a disc copy yet. If it still doesn't start, please send MOHAVR.log from the game's UnrealEngine3\Binaries folder and a screenshot of any error.

Installing over 0.8.9 is fine; your settings are kept.
