This adds the GUI feature of scanning the ROMs folder and only displaying the available ROM's in the game list.

The base feature was taken from: trzy/Supermodel#337

With the following additions:

1. Only available ROMs are listed, there are no blanking plates for missing ROM's from the XML list.
2. The zips in the ROMS folder are scanned, at first level, for MAME style merged ROMSET subfolders.
   • If found they are added to the available list and the -game=<name> argument is added to the launch command.
3. The GUI MergedRom-Game drop-down is now removed from this fork.
