Fixed

• Episode extraction to prefer explicit SxxExx/1x02 patterns so audio channel tags no longer override valid info.
  • Added a regression test to lock in the behavior.
• Config UI now ignores file system control characters when creating file templates.
  • Including extra characters windows can't handle: <>:"/\\|?*.
• Sanitation of filenames now occurs before rename to prevent invalid characters from metadata.
