If you use ponytail in Codex, update. Since v4.10.2 a one-line change in the root plugin.json made Codex, VS Code and Qwen load ponytail as a skills-only Agent Plugin, so the hooks never registered and the rules never reached the model. This release takes that line out and they get the full ponytail again. On top of that, Hermes sends the ruleset once instead of every turn, review and audit learn a reuse tag, and seven more agents get documented setups.
