Several sessions, one machine, no more fighting. The ponytail mode is now kept per project, so a session in one repo no longer switches or clears the mode of a session in another. A bare /ponytail behaves the same everywhere (off switches on, on just reports the level), ZCode finally gets the ruleset, and Codex stops showing a yellow warning at every start.
