A security and reliability release. The lifecycle hooks no longer splice the plugin path into shell text, a slow subagent matcher can no longer hang a session, and npm publishing now waits for green tests. On top of that, Windows and WSL hooks stop hanging and find their scripts again, Pi keeps its prompt cache, OMP keeps its prompt parts, and Hermes installs work again. Thanks to the eleven first-time contributors in this one.
