OpenCode 2 support. The OpenCode plugin failed to load on OpenCode 2 with "Plugin must export a default definition", and now it loads there with all commands and skills. The same entrypoint still runs on OpenCode 1 (tested from 1.15 up to 1.18.34), and on OpenCode 2 a /ponytail <level> switch already applies to the current message. Thanks @ragokan for the port.
