ACFS v0.10.0 preserves supported Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 LTS hosts on ordinary installs. An OS release upgrade now requires an explicit target, and --skip-ubuntu-upgrade takes precedence. Non-root sudo users can validate completed root-only checkpoints without changing their permissions. These changes are on both main and master.
This is a source-only installer release, matching the existing ACFS publication venue. It has no uploaded binary assets.
The approved policy and checkpoint qualification passed 53 entrypoint, 62 orchestration, and 97 LTS assertions, along with syntax, warning-level ShellCheck, and generated-file drift checks. Independent review found no new blocker.
The real Ubuntu 24.04 factory qualification retained 24.04 and passed 8/8 critical smoke checks. The guest-local published checker passed validate, list, and check --dry-run --local. The full installer nevertheless exited 1 because the UV and DCG checksum guards refused changed upstream bytes. Repeat-install, zero-warning doctor, subsequent service assertions, and opt-in Ubuntu 26.04 upgrade remain unqualified. External checksums remain unchanged and unapproved; see #427.
Exact v0.9.0 and current stock checksum guards both rejected today's same upstream bytes and current main pins, without executing the rejected installers. This is component comparison only: the v0.9.0 full factory run disconnected during its guest kernel reboot before reaching those installers. Current required-DCG failure reporting is an intentional change from the old warning-only verdict.
The complete web suite reported 803 passes and 48 failures; manifest tests reported 959 passes, four failures, and five skips. These suites are not fully green. Test harness, non-default fixture, timeout, and resume-harness limits are documented in the CHANGELOG and #426.
Pinned installer entrypoint:
curl -fsSL "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Dicklesworthstone/agentic_coding_flywheel_setup/v0.10.0/install.sh" | bash -s -- --yes --mode vibe --ref v0.10.0The checksum qualification limits above apply to this command; this release does not claim a successful full factory installation.
