- Ratings: a copy of your song and album ratings stays on the card as
.ratings.tsv, to read or back up on a computer, since the ratings themselves aren't on the part of the Q2 that USB storage shows. It is updated soon after a change and is only a copy: editing it changes nothing on the Q2. If a new copy would have fewer lines than the last one, the last one is kept as.ratings.tsv.1, unless that file already has more (#182). - Games: a card game no longer quits at random when you press Return. Now only holding Return closes one.
- Games: the list in Library → Games carries over at its ends, as the other lists do.
- App Store: Fidget is now called Buddy.
- Wheel: holding Centre now stops as it should when you press the wheel's edge. Before, the hold could occasionally carry on to Shut Down.
- Resume: Previous or Next no longer loses your place in an audiobook, podcast or long track by restarting it when it's the only file in the queue. The first press shows "Press again to restart", and a second within 3 seconds restarts it.
- Resume: with Memory Playback: Track, an audiobook, podcast or long track now returns to your place after restarting the Q2. Before, it started from the beginning and your place was then lost.
- Display: with Light Mode: Auto, the boot logo now goes by your time zone, so it matches the interface. Before, it went by UTC and could start light at night, or dark during the day.
- Library: opening Songs, Most Played, Coverflow and other lists that read the whole library now takes much less memory. On libraries of tens of thousands of songs, the Q2 could run out and restart.
