Release v2.1.4 of the fsqc toolbox:

• This release replaces the lapy functions that were used for surface rendering with functions from the whippersnappy package. This change is motivated by changes in the plotly/kaleido packages on which plotting previously relied, and by enhanced and novel functionality in the whippersnappy package.
• NOTE : This release introduces two changes in how the singularity and docker images should be run:
  • docker images should be run with the --init option (details).
  • singularity commands should include the xvfb-run command (details).
