Release v2.1.7 of the fsqc toolbox:

This is a maintenance release that includes the following changes:

• update to new version of the whippersnappy dependency; as a consequence, xvfb and xvfb-run are no longer required for off-screening rendering when using the --surfaces or --surfaces-html options in conjunction with singularity (details)
• docker updates resulting in more lightweight, modern docker images, with minor changes in how we build the images (details)
• support for more recent Python versions
• documentation improvements
