Task Explorer 2.0.1 improves the reliability and accuracy of process monitoring, with additional process information on Linux and several fixes across the interface and underlying functionality.
On Linux, this update expands the information available for processes and corrects the grouping of kernel threads under kthreadd. CPU usage accounting has also been corrected so that the idle process is no longer included in the CPU usage attributed to system users.
A race condition that could disrupt machine row updates has been resolved, alongside fixes for icon sizing and graph columns. On Windows, running processes as TrustedInstaller now works correctly while driver protection is active.
