This is a reproducibility fix for 0.6.0
OCR:
- Massively improved OCR capabilities; go to 'manage languages' to update the models
- Implemented "live camera translation"
- Add button to see original image after OCR
Misc:
- Sped up Kokoro TTS voices ~3x; download the faster Kokoro voice in 'manage languages'
- Add a 'How to use' screen
- Fix System TTS feature not respecting chosen voice/playback rate
