Bug Fixes

asgi: Fix websocket spans duration (on handshake span and incoming message spans), and parenting of close span when DD_TRACE_WEBSOCKET_MESSAGES_SEPARATE_TRACES is disabled.
SSI / Crashtracker: This fix loads the receiver script manually when not available in PATH.
Flares: Use default trace agent url for tracer flare.
