• Agents are now built with Go 1.26.10.

Security Notes

• Update Agent Data Plane to 1.6.4 to reject server certificate chains containing compromised eMudhra public keys for direct and proxied HTTPS connections, including FIPS builds.
• Update rustls-webpki to 0.103.16, which rejects certificate chains that include a small set of distrusted intermediate CA public keys.
• Update the embedded CA certificate bundle to the Mozilla bundle dated 2026-10-20. This removes the emSign ECC Root CA - G3, emSign ECC Root CA - C3 and emSign Root CA - C1 root certificates, which Mozilla removed from its root store.
• Update the embedded pip to 26.2.2. Its vendored certifi CA bundle no longer includes the emSign ECC Root CA - G3 root certificate.
