Summary

• Added a public GET /api/v1/health endpoint returning {"status":"ok"}, documented in OpenAPI. This lightweight probe checks HTTP application availability only, not Docker, workers, agents, the database or backup destinations. The existing /up endpoint remains unchanged.

Upgrade Notes

• No database migrations are included. Rebuild and restart the VolumeVault container to deploy the new endpoint.

Verification

• Release changelog validation, changelog tests and health endpoint tests passed: 18 tests, 70 assertions. Pint and diff checks passed. Feature validation also passed the full PHP suite (1603 passed, 26 skipped), frontend tests (207 passed) and frontend build.
