Conker's Bad Fur Day: Reloaded 1.4.4

Photo Mode is here (experimental): freeze the game anywhere, move the camera, pose Conker and save pictures.

Downloads

• Windows: ConkerBFDReloaded-v1.4.4-Windows.zip. Unzip it and run ConkerBFDReloaded.exe.
• Linux (experimental): ConkerBFDReloaded-v1.4.4-Linux.tar.gz. Extract it and run
  ./ConkerBFDReloaded. Needs glibc 2.35+ (Ubuntu 22.04 or newer and similar), Vulkan, SDL2,
  GTK 3 and FreeType.
• HD Icons texture pack (optional): ConkerBFDReloaded-HD-Icons-v1.3.3.rtz (same as before).
  Textures by GameBeast92,
  modified, under CC BY 4.0.
• HD Icons (French) texture pack (optional, for the French translation):
  ConkerBFDReloaded-HD-Icons-French-v1.3.5.rtz (same as before).

You need your own US ROM of the game. Your saves and settings carry over.

New: Photo Mode (experimental)

Press P on the keyboard, or hold L and press D-pad Down on a controller, while playing:

• The game freezes where it is and the HUD hides. The camera is yours: turn around the scene, move,
  go up and down, come closer or further.
• Pose Conker: his idle fidgets played whole (with the handheld game, the magazine and more), or his
  hungover drunk sway. Pause the pose and step it a frame at a time.
• Dress him up with the game's own hats and things to hold: the army helmet, a gas mask, a cap, two
  mohawks, the Rock Solid wolf hat, a shotgun, a rifle, a bazooka or a club.
• Hide Conker, change the lens (from wide to zoomed), tilt the camera, add a filter
  (black & white, sepia, warm, cold, vivid, faded, noir) and a vignette.
• Save a picture: full size, without the panel or the HUD, in the Photos folder next to your
  settings.
• The panel is in the menus' style, and its hints show your own buttons or keys.
• It's on the Conker tab (on by default). Close it with the same key or B.

Experimental

• Photo Mode is new and was tested with scripted runs, not much by hand yet. Known so far: frozen in the
  middle of his yo-yo trick, Conker can show a long orange line behind him (the yo-yo's string), and
  some hats and items can sit oddly in some poses. In It's War, picking the army helmet he already wears
  may take his own off when you close Photo Mode.
• Linux is tested on Windows and in a Linux test setup, not on a real Linux PC or a Steam Deck yet.
• Still from before: Move While Shooting is the shotgun only, Ledge Grab can sometimes catch an edge
  that isn't really a ledge, the German translation is tested with the intro and the speech bubbles, the
  Russian one is recognised but untested, and the HD Icons (French) pack is incomplete.

License: the project's own code is MIT; the downloadable program includes N64ModernRuntime
(GPL-3.0), so it's distributed as a whole under the GPL-3.0. Details are in the included LICENSE.
