Included in TWiLight Menu++ v9.5.0 and later.

Instructions:

1. Download the .7z file.
2. Extract both .nds files, to sd:/_nds.
3. Extract the .ver file to sd:/_nds/TWiLightMenu.

What's new?

• Removed built-in AP patches for Chrono Trigger, GTA: Chinatown Wars, and Dementium II.
  (TWiLight Menu++ bundles them now.)
• RetroGameFan: Added fixes for Catan, Learn with Pokemon: Typing Adventure, and Power Rangers: Samurai.
• hb: VRAM boost setting is now read!
• hb: SCFG is now unlocked for homebrew that want to change it, such as GBARunner2.
