• B4DS users can now change the language, save number, and nds-bootstrap build in per-game settings!
• Removed temp file creation for B4DS, as it's no longer needed.
• Settings: Page switch text is now shown on bottom screen.
• Updated GBARunner2 to this build.

Improvement

• (@vaguerant) Widescreen cheats now use the 199A value, instead of 1999.
  (All but GRID)

You no longer need to hold L for these games to work
