What's Changed

tao_idl now value-initializes generated IDL structure, exception, valuetype, valuebox, and union members to prevent fundamental types from having indeterminate values after default construction. Generated unions initialize their active member and use placement construction where required for non-trivial structure members.
Reworked -ORBTransportIdleTimeout to use a periodic transport-cache scanner with monotonic activity timestamps and the new -ORBTransportIdleScanInterval option. Active synchronous requests are protected from idle purging.
