v2.0.8 - German Localization & Release Pipeline Recovery

This release adds German localization support to Every-PDF and resolves the release pipeline issue that caused the previous tag build to fail. It focuses on making the new language option actually work in the app and restoring release stability for GitHub Actions.

🌍 Localization

• German translation added across the app: Added German locale resources for welcome, home, actions, theme, tools, security, watermark, and editor flows.
• German language option exposed in the welcome flow: Added Deutsch to the language selector so users can choose German directly from the onboarding screen.
• German locale registration completed: Wired the de locale into the app's i18n resources so the translation files are actually loaded at runtime.

⚙️ Code Refinement

• Release lockfile sync fixed: Regenerated the lockfile to restore the missing dependency state required by npm ci in GitHub Actions.
• Version bumped to 2.0.8 for a clean retry: Issued a new patch release instead of reusing the failed v2.0.7 tag, keeping release history consistent and traceable.

v2.0.8 - 독일어 번역 추가 및 릴리즈 파이프라인 복구

이번 릴리즈는 Every-PDF에 독일어 현지화를 추가하고, 이전 태그 빌드가 실패했던 릴리즈 파이프라인 문제를 복구하는 데 집중했습니다. 새 언어 옵션이 앱에서 실제로 동작하도록 연결했고, GitHub Actions 릴리즈 흐름도 다시 안정화했습니다.

🌍 다국어 지원

• 앱 전반에 독일어 번역 추가: welcome, home, actions, theme, tools, security, watermark, editor 흐름에 대한 독일어 locale 리소스를 추가했습니다.
• 환영 화면 언어 선택에 독일어 추가: 온보딩 화면에서 Deutsch를 직접 선택할 수 있도록 언어 선택 항목을 추가했습니다.
• 독일어 locale 실제 연결 완료: de locale을 앱 i18n 리소스에 등록하여 번역 파일이 런타임에서 실제로 로드되도록 수정했습니다.

⚙️ 코드 개선

• 릴리즈 lockfile 정합성 복구: GitHub Actions의 npm ci에 필요한 의존성 상태가 맞도록 lockfile을 다시 정리했습니다.
• 2.0.8로 새 패치 버전 발행: 실패한 v2.0.7 태그를 재사용하지 않고 새 패치 버전으로 정리해 릴리즈 이력을 깔끔하게 유지했습니다.
