Fixes for consoles stuck in the 1.12.0 update lane (the 67.7 MB payload exceeded the old 64 MiB ceilings: downloads stopped at the limit, the TV app reported "No BlackBox copy to start was found", and the update retried at every launch).
- ELF update ceilings raised to 96 MiB: the fresh payload lands through every lane now.
- The TV app stars its bundled copy again (the "no copy to start" fix).
- The companion package is staged even when the ELF lane fails, so a stuck console installs the fixed package at the next boot automatically.
- PKG downloads on firmware 12.00-13.60 keep converting to exFAT automatically; the old package is deleted and the game plays as usual.
