Maintenance Release of Gupaxx
This is a maintenance release that fixes some non important issues, update dependencies, update descriptions and documentations and add some improvements to the advanced tab of XvB.

- Proxy : show info about how to connect miners to the proxy
- Node: rename button fast mode and description
- Xmrig : add xmrig logo to header
- XvB : add description in advanced tab for specific mode with their impact on p2pool shares.
- XvB : advanced tab disable buffer slide when a manual mode is selected
- XvB : allows to choose manually the XvB node NA or EU, show ping.
Internal
- Bundle : bump version of P2Pool to 4.4
- Bundle : bump version of Monerod to 0.18.4.0
