Fix Release of Gupaxx
Small release to fix a crash when adding new pools.

This release improves a bit the UI, simplify the use of custom arguments, add better reactivity from p2pool regarding the node connectivity, adds new features and also brings improvements/bugfixes.

- P2Pool: Make p2pool restart and use local node if node process status is ready and synced. button enabled by default. Allows using remote node while syncing local node.
- P2Pool change state dynamically based on Node connection, p2p connections, synchronization.
- P2Pool update bundled version to v4.3
- XvB: watch for stratum data by default instead of p2pool node
- update dependencies and fix small breaking change
- some code cleanup
