At some point, the cdxgen container image was installing node 16 instead of the expected node 21, and no one noticed! Only while triaging an unrelated bug report did we realize this mistake. As cdxgen grew in usage, the automated testing part didn't keep up with everything being done manually, including creating this release.
We will address the quality and improve the coverage over the coming releases. Thank you for your patience and support!
