Bugfixes:
- Fix a bug in the API server where the /tmp directory could be deleted.
- Fix a bug where IP addresses were not being presented to pods that needed to know them.
- Only auto select URL services when the user is on their Custom Profile
Enhancement:
- Reduce loading of data that isn't needed in the API to speed up most API calls.
- Clearer error on login failure to prompt user retry
