Bugfixes

• When archiving a submission, the archive's dtl and metadata weren't being applied to the request. AL-3771
• Improved the key prop definition in the TableRows to avoid reconciliation issues that prevents rows from rerendering if they have identical keys. AL-3772
• Allow resubmitting files that have been archived AL-3770
• Metadata validation: Update the value of the metadata based on the response from a successful check
  • This will allow for things like "NOW" for a date type to be translated to the actual timestamp
