• [core] upgrade.python.certifi.sh also distrusts the emSign roots certifi dropped in the OS certificate store (G1 is kept)
• [ab-testing] pip and certifi upgrade also covers servers where pip is missing or installed by apt/dnf

• [ab-testing] setup.sh no longer requires a countly user
• [ab-testing] setup.sh reinstalls CmdStan when it is missing
• [ab-testing] setup.sh supports Ubuntu 20
