Fixed some issues in path skrinking and shortening path
(removed "Kex" for dll subdirectories)

• Removed BHO CpiwBypa and option
  'Bypass "... is not a valid Win32 application" error message'
  VxKex can be activated on explorer.exe instead.

• Minimal kex for some application to avoid problems:

  • Window Explorer (explorer.exe)
  • Command Prompt (cmd.exe)
  • Visual Studio (devenv.exe)
  • WinDbg (windbg.exe)
  • Microsoft Visual Studio Remote Debugging Monitor (msvsmon.exe)
