- When a deferred handler is in error state, registering a finalize callback should also cause it to be called immediately.
- Removed some macros for FreeBSD.
- Mac OS X uses a different parameter for setting the soname.
- Added RabbitMQ tutorials.
- Fixed a few incorrect signatures in docblocks.
