Composio CLI 0.6.0
This minor release brings consistent developer-project and acting-user resolution, explicit interruption outcomes, listener failure controls, and safer telemetry derived from parsed command input.
Highlights
- Developer commands resolve the acting user and selected project consistently.
dev connected-accounts linknow uses the developer project, while rootlinkkeeps its consumer-project behavior. Commands reject shared flags they cannot honor. - Normal commands interrupted by SIGINT, SIGTERM, or SIGHUP now exit 130, 143, or 129. Subscribed listeners can stop cleanly on Ctrl+C or SIGTERM.
runforwards signals to its child process group and preserves the child's outcome. listenanddev triggers listensupport--fail-fastfor sink failures. Toolkit filters correctly match slugs containing underscores.- Connection listings include account IDs, aliases, word IDs, and provider display names when available. Local file uploads retain their MIME type, and proxy calls enforce consumer permissions.
- Expected command failures produce actionable messages and failing exit codes. Upgrade output no longer repeats a stale update notice.
- Telemetry uses canonical registration identity and typed parsed input. Rejected flags, script-tail options, credentials, request bodies, and header values are excluded from lifecycle properties. Help and parse failures omit unparsed input properties.
- The contributor walkthrough, generated command catalog, and CLI/Effect skill recipes describe the current architecture. Source-linked examples and selected invocation contracts run in CI.
Migration notes
- Scripts must handle the new interruption exit codes instead of treating cancellation as success.
- Developer account linking requires a resolvable developer project and acting user. Initialize the working directory or select a project explicitly when needed.
- If a toolkit has several accounts with no
defaultalias, pass--account <id|alias>or assign a default alias instead of relying on an implicit newest-account choice.
