Health.md 3.4.2 makes getting started faster and upgrade reminders gentler.
• Onboarding is now five quick steps. The Obsidian plugin intro moved onto the sample-export screen, and importing a shared setup stays available as a quiet link on the first screen.
• Nothing blocks setup anymore. After your first real export preview, one optional screen explains unlimited exports — dismiss it and keep going with your 10 free exports.
• After your 3rd and 7th free exports, a small reminder shows how many remain and how unlimited exports work. Your free count is unchanged.
