Health.md 3.3.0 adds wake notifications for Direct CLI Access, one shared pairing code, and a clearer Sync tab.
Added
• Wake requests: turn on “Allow paired computers to send wake requests” under Sync → Direct CLI Access, and a waiting healthmd CLI command can send one visible notification to your iPhone while its wake window holds — tap it and the command completes. Everything is opt-in, and your health data never touches the notifications worker.
• Direct CLI QR and manual pairing now use the same high-entropy 20-digit code as Android; six-digit pairing remains only as a legacy CLI fallback.
Improved
• The Sync tab now separates Mac Destination and CLI setup with a top-level selector, so Direct CLI Access is available without scrolling through Mac configuration first.
