Health.md 3.1 makes export profiles fully editable and scheduled exports far more dependable.

New

  • One-place profile editor. Edit every export profile setting — name, target, destination folder or endpoint, output formats, write mode, filename/folder templates, format folders, zip, data dictionary, lossless records, summary-only, roll-ups, Daily Note injection, and individual-entry settings — from a single editor, with the full Health Metrics picker one tap away. The destination section includes a true system folder picker ("Choose New Folder…") and an inline "Add Endpoint…" form for new API endpoints, so destinations can be created right in the editor.
  • Overlap warnings. Creating a new export profile opens a small setup form (name, target, destination) with a live warning when the chosen destination and current templates would write the same files as another profile — so a later run can no longer silently overwrite an earlier one. The profile's detail page keeps a standing overlap notice until folders or templates diverge.

Improved

  • Scheduled exports are far more dependable: profile schedules and the classic schedule now run side by side; preserved retries survive re-arms, schedule edits, and interruptions; notification taps retry the exact profile export instead of failing with "Scheduling is disabled"; and schedule edits update the next scheduled export immediately across the Schedule tab, background wake-ups, and silent-push mirrors.
  • Export history totals share one cross-category budget so absurd counts can't inflate persisted history; truncated breakdowns are explicitly marked.
  • Workouts whose structured WorkoutKit plan can't be decoded on your device now explain in plain language that the workout and all samples exported successfully and only the optional plan was omitted. Partial-export warnings in export history wrap fully and can be selected and copied for bug reports.
