Full Changelog: v1.7.0-rc.23...v1.7.0-rc.24

[1.7.0-rc.24] — 2026-10-12

Routine development and test tooling updates, with no change to the shipped image (#1315, #1316). The root workspace moves @biomejs/biome to 2.5.15, @types/node to 25.9.9 and lefthook to 2.2.1, with the vite override at 8.3.4 and the postcss and nanoid overrides at 8.5.29 and 6.0.2. The e2e workspace moves @dotenvx/dotenvx to 2.34.1, with its postcss override at 8.5.29, nanoid at 6.0.2, @opentelemetry/core at 2.12.0 and @grpc/grpc-js at 1.14.6. All of these are linting, type-checking, build and test tooling in the root and e2e workspaces. The image is built from app and ui only, so its runtime dependencies are unchanged.
