pip install -U iai-pme

Added

  • A Claude Code plugin. Two lines wire the MCP server and ambient capture together, with no config file to edit:

    /plugin marketplace add CodeAbra/iai-personal-memory-engine
    /plugin install iai-pme@iai-pme

The plugin carries the wiring; pip install iai-pme carries the engine. Its launcher asks the installed package where the MCP server lives, so it works from a wheel and from a source checkout alike, and says plainly what to install if the engine is missing.

Changed

  • pip install iai-pme now delivers the MCP server too. The wheel ships the wrapper as a single self-contained file with its dependencies bundled in, so a wheel install can be pointed at directly — no npm install, no source checkout. This is the fix that makes the PyPI path complete: on 2.7.2 the wrapper shipped without its dependencies and could not start.

Fixed

  • Performance tripwires retry once before failing. They assert wall-clock bounds, so a busy machine could report a regression that a second attempt disproves; a real regression still fails both attempts.

Removed

  • Nineteen duplicate test modules that shipped under two names at once. Each pair was the same file — one named after the plan that produced it, one after what it tests — so the suite ran every assertion twice and an update to one copy left the other stale. A new guard fails the suite if a tracked source file name carries a planning code again.
