Wheels: CPython 3.11 and 3.12 for Linux (glibc 2.28+), macOS arm64 and Windows x86_64. Intel macOS installs from source with a Rust toolchain.

Fixed

• The release workflow names the environment its publisher expects, so a published release reaches PyPI. 2.7.0 is identical code that never left the build.

Everything new in this line — the one-command installer, the wheels, the iai-pme distribution name, the README rework — is listed under 2.7.0 in the changelog.
