• Update-check hook: new SessionStart hook checks the installed version against the latest GitHub release. Silent when up to date; one line in session context when an update is available. Cached for 6 hours, background fetch — zero blocking on session startup.
• capture-hooks install/uninstall/status now handle the update-check hook alongside capture and recall hooks.
