Hi everyone!

This beta comes with a lot of fixes and a couple of nice additions to make the pop-up creation experience the best it can be! By the way, if you missed the initial release notes, please read them before updating.

I fixed rendering glitches in pop-ups (especially on Safari, iOS and Android), improved pop-up reliability, reworked the onboarding experience with new animations to make everything clearer for new users, added a "Full width on mobile" option for centered dialog pop-ups, and cleaned up a bunch of things, including the removal of bubble-pop-up-fix.js, since it is not required anymore with the new standalone pop-ups! 🥳

This release should fix all pop-up issues, and that's why I truly can't wait for your feedback! 🤞

💡 New features and enhancements

• Reworked pop-up onboarding:
  The onboarding experience shown when you create a new pop-up has been fully reworked with animations and clearer messages for new users. And I love it!

• Full width on mobile for centered dialog pop-ups:
  A new full_width_on_mobile toggle is available in the editor for pop-ups in centered dialog mode, making them take the full screen width on mobile devices. #2350

• Removed bubble-pop-up-fix.js:
  The old bubble-pop-up-fix.js script and all its related instructions and warnings in the editor are now fully gone from the codebase since it's no longer needed 👌

• Fixed rendering and glitches in pop-ups:
  Refactored pop-up styles to fix rendering and glitches, especially on Safari, iOS and Android.

• Improved standalone pop-up reliability:
  Pop-ups should now work as expected in all cases.

• Prevented Card-mod to modify pop-ups incorrectly:
  Standalone pop-ups were mounted inside the ha-card element, this is no longer the case to better match the previous pop-up structure. #2347

• Legacy pop-up behavior restored to v3.1.6:
  Restored legacy pop-up behavior to improve performance in the editor for easier migration.

• Fixed custom template errors in pop-ups:
  Prevented console errors when custom templates access uninitialized DOM elements, like icons. #2362

• Fixed new pop-up editor issues:
  Improved the new pop-up editor to fix issues that could happen when changing layout options in nested cards. #2368

• Fixed pop-up edit mode styles:
  The pop-up preview in the editor could show some differences in some cases, this is not the case anymore. #2325

• Optimized icons:
  Changed some styles related to the icons to improve rendering on Safari. #2369

• Cleaned up pop-up styles:
  Removed unnecessary !important declarations from pop-up styles.

Over the past few years, I’ve been working on Bubble Card almost every day to make it the best it can be, and I still can’t believe how much it has grown in popularity. Watching the community getting this big and seeing so many people using my work has been incredibly rewarding ❤️

I’m also finally happy with my own dashboard, built entirely with Bubble Card and only new custom modules I've been working on for months! Like one that adds unique colors and styles to all cards, one for the weather, one for graphs, square cards, time...
