This is an RC for Mobileraker with added themes to collect some feedback for the chosen theme colors.

Changes
- Added the SelectedMachineService
- Added the machine settings syncing to Moonraker's database
- Added ThemingService
- Added new Mobileraker theme
- Added RatRig theme (Thanks to RatRig for permission to use their logo)
- Added Voron theme
- Fixed, removed macros were still shown in the UI
- Changed some UI elements to ensure different themes work properly
