Chromium v151.0.7922.108.6 — Stealth Build (Pro)

CloakBrowser Pro — Stable advances to Chromium 151.0.7922.108.6 (Linux + Windows)

Chromium 151.0.7922.108.6 is now Stable on Linux (x64 and ARM64) and Windows (x64). macOS Stable remains on 151.0.7922.108.3.

With a valid CloakBrowser key, the wrapper automatically selects the Stable build for your platform. No version pin is required.

This promotes the large preview build to Stable. It is a substantial update.

What's new

  • A second identity: the macOS persona. Alongside the Windows persona, the Mac persona is now a coherent identity of its own, lined up with real Mac hardware across graphics, media, fonts, text, screen, and device features. Select it with --fingerprint-platform=macos, and install the Mac fonts (a persona without its fonts is a common cause of blocks).
  • A more precise Windows persona — more of it matches real Windows hardware across the finer graphics and text signals the strictest sites read.
  • A stronger proxy connection — a better way of connecting through your proxy that clears sites and providers that previously blocked every proxy. Off by default; enable it alongside your --proxy-server with --fingerprint-transparent-proxy.
  • Portable cookies — copy a profile between machines with its logins intact. Turn it on from the first launch with --fingerprint-portable-cookies.

Current wrapper: v0.5.10

Update the wrapper before launching:

pip install -U cloakbrowser
npm update cloakbrowser
dotnet add package CloakBrowser --version 0.5.10

Roll back if needed

If a workload regresses, pin the previous Stable build for your platform:

export CLOAKBROWSER_VERSION=151.0.7922.108.4 # Linux
export CLOAKBROWSER_VERSION=151.0.7922.108.3 # Windows

Remove the pin to return to the newest Stable build.

If you hit a regression, please tell usopen an issue or email support@cloakbrowser.dev with the site and what you saw. Pinning the old build gets you unblocked; a report gets it fixed for everyone.

The signed manifest (SHA256SUMS and SHA256SUMS.sig) is attached. The wrapper verifies its Ed25519 signature and each archive's SHA-256 checksum automatically.
