Cheeky Foveated DLSS v0.2.4
- Center supersampling: adds a 1–2x slider to improve center detail by reconstructing at a higher resolution, then downsampling. Costs additional GPU time and memory. Very small difference even at 2x on Quest 3, leaving it in incase more relevant for eye tracked headsets that use display port.
- DX12 motion-vector fixes: corrects mapping to use the game’s declared motion-vector space. Fixes shimmering in some games.
- DLSS-NR Temporal history improvements: preserves history and compensates motion vectors as a fixed-size crop moves. Improves stability of shadows and lighting across frames for eye tracking.
- Easier bug reports: adds a Report an issue... button that collects a support ZIP and opens a prefilled GitHub issue. Review the report and attach the ZIP before submitting; nothing uploads automatically.
Updating: Close the game and replace CheekyFoveatedDLSS.addon64.
If you’re upgrading from a version older than v0.2.2 and use OpenXR, also close your OpenXR games and run the new CheekyEyeTrackingSetup.exe. The v0.2.2 and v0.2.3 OpenXR layers remain compatible and don’t need updating. Native OpenVR games such as ACC need no OpenXR layer.
