This release updates both DBRepair.sh and DBRepair-Windows.bat

DBRepair (Linux)

1. Fix annoying requirement for "exit" at the end of a list of command line arguments.
2. Add support for manual configuration to run outside of container environments or other non-standard configurations
   ( See the release notes for details)

Thanks to @danrahn for providing the Windows knowledge to make the script better

DBRepair-Windows (.bat and .zip) are available to download separately from their Linux counterparts
