v1.17.00

1. BusyBox - Address edge case errors with NAS vendors' BusyBox shell implementation.
   This addresses weird command behavior on those systems

2. Long Term Support
   - DBRepair (BASH) version is entering Long Term Support (LTS) phase.
   Active development focuses on the compiled C version for all platforms.
   This existing BASH version continues to be primary tool until such time
   it becomes production ready (perhaps 2027 timeframe).

                      DBRepair.sh will be fully maintained and enhanced as needed by the community
                      until such time as it's retired to Legacy Archive status.
