This release is all about improving your experience when managing ingress rules, making the process more intuitive, powerful, and consistent.

Key Highlight: Unified Ingress Rule Editing

The main feature of this release is a complete overhaul of how you edit ingress rules. I've listened to your feedback and have replaced the outdated and limited dropdown menu for "Manage Policy" with the same comprehensive editing form that was previously only available for manual rules.

Here's what this means for you:

  • One Consistent Workflow: Whether a rule originates from a container label or was created manually, you'll now use the same powerful form to edit it.
  • More Control: You now have the ability to adjust not just the access policy, but also the hostname, path, service details, and other advanced settings for any rule directly from the user interface.
  • A Cleaner Interface: I've streamlined the table by removing the redundant "Edit" button from the actions column and renaming "Manage Policy" to the more accurate "Manage Rule". The editing modal is now simply titled "Edit Ingress Rule".
  • Clear Overrides: When you edit a rule that comes from a container label, it will be flagged with a "UI Override" badge. The "Revert to Labels" button is still available, so you can always undo your changes and return to the configuration defined by your container.

This change should make managing your ingress rules simpler and more efficient.

Other Improvements

  • Added Favicon: The web UI now has a favicon, making it easier to spot in your browser tabs.
