Code signing is happening at every level of winutil. You can now execute the ps1 with just Remote Signing which will help with false flags from Microsoft Defender.
Check the winutil.ps1 file with Get-AuthenticodeSignature -FilePath .\winutil.ps1 using PowerShell to see the signature.
