- Tweaked Bethesda game routing rules to stop some dll files incorrectly being sent to the root folder

- Generated mods.txt files for ue5 games are now removed upon restoring.
- checking a mod for updates now grabs the mods summary, This is displayed as a tooltip when hovering over the mod in the modlist panel. This can be disabled in the settings.
