In this release v7.0.1
Free mint is required for some features so this is what we added.
- Implementation of Whitelist addresses for free mint in token factory params;
- Whitelist is initialized with WhiteWhale smart contract addresses;
- All params of token factory can be changed by a governance proposal
Note for Validators
This upgrade is state breaking, DO NOT UPGRADE until the on-chain proposal appears and it's set to pass.
